ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up between the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 6pm
Friday: : 10am - 4pm
Saturday/ Sunday: Closed
METRO FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using Sendle delivery standard is but limited to:
Sunshine Coast Region: 1-2 days
Brisbane Region: 2-5 days
Sydney Region: 3-6 days
Melbourne Region: 3-6 days
Tasmania: 7-10 days
Adelaide Region: 4-7 days
Perth Region: 7-10 days
Darwin: 8-15 days
Flat rate shipping fee of $14.95 applies to orders up to 5kgs.
Oversized items such as bike bags incur an oversized shipping cost of $70 for QLD Metro/NSW Metro/ACT Metro/VIC Metro/SA Metro and $150 for WA Metro/NT Metro.

REGIONAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Please email us at ride@blackartmtb.com.au if you would like to purchase a product from regional Australia. If you let us know what you would like to purchase and the delivery location we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please email us at ride@blackartmtb.com.au if you would like to purchase a product from outside Australia. If you let us know what you would like to purchase and the delivery location we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Art MTB is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This packaging must be in the same condition as you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are returning a damaged item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
